Support and Training

Support
AktaTrak offers a complete online reference manual.

System enhancements and program support is made quickly and accurately via Symantec's PC AnyWhere* communication software. Other communication applications made be used on a case to case basis.

Training

As part of your software contract, training(on-site available*) and basic support is provided at no additional cost to you. Issues outside of the AktaTrak system (i.e. laser printer/zebra printer setup, network/internet related issues, etc.) might be at an additional charge.

Installation

AktaTrak can be quickly installed. Users of the AISI PC Package or ANY other inventory system converting to AktaTrak can automatically load the inventory database directly from an inventory hand-off transmission OR a export file provided from your old inventory system.

This provides for instantaneous inventory in AktaTrak.
